About Active Ants
Active Ants is a rapidly growing E-fulfilment company with over 500 employees in mainland Europe. As part of the bpost group, and headquartered in The Netherlands, we store, process and ship orders for hundreds of web-shops from our current locations in the Netherlands (2), Belgium, and Germany. The majority of our operational processes are automated using Autostore systems, conveyors and automatic packaging machines. Combined with traditional logistics operations, we are able to fulfil the requirements of our customers. We are expanding our unique E-fulfilment concept further in Europe, and we start operating in the UK in September 2022 - and our brand new warehouse is now nearing completion. We are therefore looking for a driven, enthusiastic, motivated and professional Customer Service Advisor.
Customer Service Advisor 40 hours per week
UK based (preferably within reasonable commuting distance of Northampton)
About you
Are you passionate about supporting customers and helping process their queries? Are you driven to providing solutions to customers’ problem and supporting them on their logistics journey? Do you know how to set the right tone in an email or telephone conversation? Are you comfortable dealing with unhappy customers? Are you a fast learner, experienced with computers? Then we are looking for you!
As a customer service advisor, you will play an important part in our client relationships by being versatile and responsible. By telephone and by email, your focus will be answering queries from our clients and their customers as quickly and effectively as possible.
What will you do as a customer service advisor?
- Answer questions from online stores and their customers by telephone and email.
- Provide administrative support associated with payments, shipping status, order information, etc.
- Provide support to the account management team
Requirement
Working at Active Ants, you will be an important part of a team in a constantly changing environment, where you be challenged and given the opportunity to grow as an individual and as a professional through education and training.
We are looking for a colleague who can make our team better, with (but not limited to) the following experience:
- 3 years’ experience in customer service.
- Oral and written expression skills in English – other languages are advantageous.
- Experience with MS Office and computers in general.
- Affinity with webshops and e-commerce.
- Flexibility - working hours may vary between 08.00 and 19.00, Monday till Friday.
- Independent, responsibleand able to work under pressure.
- Pleasant disposition and helpful, customer-oriented attitude.
